When you walk into a house and your realtor looks at you and says “no this isn't for you, we can find a better house” you know you got yourself a good agent. Thats exactly what happened. From the beginning I informed Jabed of what I was looking for and he invested alot of his time to find one suitable for me and my wife. In this market alot of agents will try to drive the conversation but Jabed actually cared for my purchase. I couldnt be happier and Im actually going to miss checking out houses with him.
